Take a minibus to Arenal Lake dam, then a boat to Rio Chiquito, followed by a 1.5-hour journey to Monteverde hotels.
Note: Shuttle Lake crossing (bus-boat-bus) Arenal to Monteverde.

Day 5: Tour to Monteverde Cloud Forest Reserve - San Jose
