Day 1: Guatemala City arrival - Antigua
Meet our guide at Guatemala City airport and transfer to Antigua hotel. Enjoy dinner at the hotel.

Day 2: Antigua walking tour
Breakfast at the hotel. Explore Antigua on a guided walking tour, discovering colonial monuments and panoramic views at Cerro de la Cruz. Enjoy the afternoon at leisure.

Day 3: Pacaya volcano tour
Breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, you´ll be transferred to Pacaya volcano on the outskirts of Guatemala City. The hike to the viewpoint overlooking the flowing lava fields takes around 1.5-2 hours and is very gentle with a wide trail. From the viewpoint, we’ll enjoy beautiful views of the volcanoes around Antigua and Lake Atitlan, looking back over our journey in the highlands. Picnic lunch included. After lunch, transfer back to Antigua.

Day 4: Antigua - Chichicastenango Market - Atitlan Lake
Transfer to Chichicastenango for the vibrant market tour (available on Thursdays and Sundays). Explore the colorful market and visit the iconic church. Lunch at a local venue. Transfer to Atitlan Lake.

Day 5: San Juan la Laguna & Santiago village tour
Guided village tour starting in San Juan La Laguna, known for naïf art and textiles. Visit Santiago, home to Maximon. Lunch included.

Day 6: Morning at leisure - Afternoon flight to Peten.
Transfer to Guatemala City for an afternoon flight to Peten. Arrival and hotel transfer.

Day 7: Yaxha sunset tour
Enjoy the morning at leisure. In the afternoon, visit Yaxha archaeological site. Witness a stunning sunset atop a pyramid.

Day 8: Full day Tikal tour
Explore Tikal National Park, the ancient Mayan ceremonial center. Discover pyramids, temples, and wildlife. Enjoy a jungle box lunch.

Day 9: Peten - Guatemala City & museum visit.
Early breakfast and transfer to the airport for your flight to Guatemala City. Take a city tour and visit the Ixchel Museum.

Day 10: Guatemala City departure.
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. Your driver will transfer you to the airport for your departure flight.
