Day 1: Bogota arrival

Day 2: Half day Bogota City Tour
Explore La Candelaria's historic center on a half-day tour. Begin at Plaza de Bolivar, featuring a statue of Simon Bolivar, and learn about its diverse history. Admire landmarks like the Cathedral and the Capitol's Salon Eliptico, where congress meets. Visit the unique Museo de la Esmeralda and the renowned Museo del Oro, showcasing thousands of artifacts from various cultures. Established in 1939, the Museo del Oro is a globally recognized treasure trove.

Day 3: Bogota - Zipaquirá – Half day Zipaquira
Travel through the picturesque Sabana de Bogota, passing greenhouses cultivating carnations and roses, vital to the region's floriculture industry. After roughly 1.15 hours, arrive at the impressive Salt Cathedral, a marvel of engineering. Explore the cathedral's tunnel, adorned with the fourteen Stations of the Cross, leading to the central nave with its 16m tall salt cross, the world's largest. Visit the mine's auditorium, hosting various events, and conclude the tour at a water mirror, showcasing stunning visual effects on carved saline rock.
